Interests and methodology of research
Petar Kojadinović researches the organization of the Roman army at the Danube Limes in the territory of Moesia Prima during the Late Antique period. Research is focused on changes in the population structure and the process of barbarization of the Roman legions, which primarily refers to the units of VII Claudia and IV Flavia. They include monitoring the influx of people from the left bank of the Danube into the Roman military ranks, such as the Goths, Sarmatians, and Carpi, their process of recruitment, settlement and integration (romanization), and their status in the Roman army.
