The calligraphy workshop is intended for anyone who wants to discover the technique of beautiful writing, and at the same time learn a new and interesting skill. The workshop provides an introduction to the basics of calligraphy, its origin and importance through interactive creative tasks such as writing letters and texts based on the most famous script of ancient Rome – the Roman capitals used to write inscriptions on stone monuments and texts in codices.

By using reeds and ink on paper, you can revive the art of writing that dates back thousands of years. Visitors will have an opportunity to create an independent work of art on paper, using graphic or painting techniques, similar to the written works of great ancient philosophers, which they can take home with them as a souvenir of this great experience.
