Interests and methodology of research
The research of Dr Đurđa Obradović is directed towards economic and social aspects of the production and preparation of food of vegetative origin in the Neolithic. Dr Obradović’s work is based on archaeobotanical analysis of carpological remains from Neolithic localities in the Central Balkans.
