Interests and methodology of research

Roman provincial archaeology, Roman Limes on the Danube, the Roman army, antique epigraphs, antique architectural ceramics, Roman brick furnaces, and archaeometry

MA Ljubomir Jevtović has, since 2009, been involved in the research of the archaeological locality of Viminacium. At the same time, he started studying the Roman army, primarily analysing antique epigraphic monuments and archaeological remains. Since 2012, he has also been interested in Roman architectural ceramic, with an emphasis on military production and its technological, organizational and epigraphic aspects.
