Učešće saradnika Arheološkog instituta na 29th EAA Annual Meeting, Belfast, Northern Ireland, 30th August-2nd September 2023

Osmoro saradnika Arheološkog instituta učestvovalo je na  29. Godišnjem skupu Evropske asocijacije arheologa u Belfastu, Severna Irska, koji se održavao u periodu od 30. 08. do 02. 09.

Konferencija je bila hibridnog tipa. Deo kolega je imao izlaganja preko online platforme, a dvoje kolega je otputovalo u Belfast.

Kolega Ivan Bugarski je bio jedan od organizatora sesije  “Resizing and Redesigning the Urbanization Policy of the Danube Provinces in the late Roman Period (End of 3rd-7th c AD) ”, na kojoj je zajedno sa Vujadinom Ivaniševićem imao izlaganje “Singidunum and its Area in Late Roman and Early Byzantine Times”.

Na istoj sesiji govorio  je kolega Ivan Gargano, na temu “The defensive systems in Dacia Ripensis between the 3rd and 6th century“.

Milica Radišić prezentovala je rad “Why Did it Become So Popular? Twisted Jewellery from the Formative Period of the Hungarian State in the Carpathian Basin” u okviru sesije “Weaving Narratives of the Past Through Medieval Small Finds (AD 1000-1550)“.

Ivan Bugarski, zajedno sa Vujadinom Ivaniševićem i Dubravkom Đukanović prezentovao je i na sesiji “Byzantine Heritage in Peril: The Safety of Archaeological Sites (Heritage, Conservation, Preservation, Non-Destructive Methodologies) ”, sa temom “Caričin Grad (Justiniana Prima): research, restoration and presentation”.

U okviru praistorijske sesije “No Movement, No Trading, Simply Local: Creating Narratives around Local Resources in Prehistory” kolege Ognjen Mladenović,  Aleksandar Bulatović,  Aleksandar Kapuran, Vojislav Filipović i Petar Milojević (zajedno sa stručnjacima iz drugih naučnih institucija M. Gajić-Kvaščev, M. Ljuština, B. Milić), ispred projekta FLOW, imale su poster prezentaciju pod nazivom  “Local or Imported: EDXRF spectrometry comparison of pottery and local clay samples from Velika Humska Čuka (Central Balkans)”.
