The publication, titled <em>Paleoparasitology: A Methodology for Researching Parasitic Infections in the Past<\/em>, is co-authored by Dr. Nemanja Markovi\u0107, Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Archaeology, and Dr. Slavica Daci\u0107, Specialist in Microbiology with Parasitology at the Institute for Public Health of Serbia &#8220;Dr. Milan Jovanovi\u0107 Batut.&#8221; This book will serve as a basic reference for researchers in archaeology (particularly bioarchaeology) and paleontology in the Central and Western Balkans, where paleoparasitological research is in its early stages of development.
